National Insurance Disability Scheme (NDIS)
The NDIS provides participants with a reasonable and necessary plan based on the evidence that has been provided for your child to reach their goals. There are several tools to help people living with disability, their families and carers understand the NDIS journey.
At CDI, we can help with self-managed and plan- managed participants.
Medicare health care plans including:
Your doctor will assist you to access an appropriate Medicare plan. Your rebate amount will depend on which plan you have. We can also provide you with further rebate information.
Private Health Insurance
Private Health Insurance rebates may be available, depending on your policy. Contact your private health provider for further information.
Out of Pocket Expenses
With various funding options there may also be out of pocket expenses. You can pay for sessions privately whilst exploring various funding options.
Our team has many years of experience in supporting parents to navigate NDIS system and processes.
Many parents enrolling at the CDI, are often accessing NDIS funding for the first time. We can provide useful tips and guidance to help parents understand the process, what they can request, and how to present the evidence to secure an appropriate plan for their child.
We can also support families through the review process and Administrative Appeals Tribunal process if required.
